Terms, Conditions & Cancellation Policy
Clear guidelines for booking Category D1 minibus driver training courses and assessments.
1. Course Bookings & Confirmation
All course bookings with ReddyGo Minibus Training ("ReddyGo") are based on driver requirements, availability, and DVSA practical test slot allocation. A booking is confirmed once course dates are agreed in writing and the required deposit or course fee has been received.
2. Candidate Licensing & Medical Requirements
- Candidates must hold a valid UK Cat B driving licence and have Category D1 provisional entitlement visible on their DVLA record prior to course commencement.
- Candidates must meet DVLA Group 2 medical standards and have passed the D4 medical examination.
- Candidates must have successfully completed and passed the DVSA D1 Theory and Hazard Perception tests before practical test dates can be scheduled.
3. Payment Terms
A deposit is required upon reservation of course and test dates, with the balance due prior to the commencement of in-vehicle training. Corporate clients and schools may request invoice terms subject to prior agreement.
4. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
Course & Assessment Cancellations:
- More than 14 days before course start: Full deposit refund less any non-refundable DVSA test booking fee already committed.
- Between 7 and 14 days before course start: 50% course fee applies.
- Less than 7 days before course start: Non-refundable due to instructor reservation and DVSA test date lockdown.
- Individual Lesson / Assessment Rescheduling: Minimum 48 hours notice required to reschedule without charge.
5. Unforeseen Circumstances & Test Centre Cancellations
If a DVSA test is cancelled by the Driver and Vehicle Standards Agency (for example, due to examiner illness, bad weather, or industrial action), ReddyGo will assist in securing the next available test date and applying for DVSA out-of-pocket expenses where applicable.
